There is an urgent need for mindful, healing touch, especially in today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world; it is essential.

I am here to provide you a therapeutic escape from stress and pain by integrating quality massage time into a self-care regimen that is unique to your needs.

My methods are supported by many hours of skill training, education, teaching, and most importantly, touching a whole lot of people. I offer all my expertise to work with you, helping you relax and rejuvenate. Communication with my clients is important for a successful working relationship; I encourage and welcome follow-up should you need to call me between appointments.

I have a private home studio, where I see one client at a time. You will have your own reserved time slot, parking space, and restroom. Your personal health information (PHI) is kept confidential, secure, and respected at all times.

My interest in the healing arts led me to massage and bodywork because I believe in its nature to connect, balance and bring health to the body, mind, spirit and heart. In 1995, I began my professional education when I was accepted into the area’s premier private massage school and had found my career calling.

In addition to my massage practice, I’m a hobbyist musician; my husband and I are US military veterans.
